Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited conduct when using the Cheat Sheet Today Service. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. You Must Not

  • Scrape or harvest: use bots, crawlers, scripts, or automated tools to extract content or data, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
  • Train AI on our content: use any part of the Service (including content structure, taxonomy, or compilations) to train or improve machine learning models without written permission.
  • Compete unfairly: copy, repackage, or create a competing knowledge base or dataset derived from our Service.
  • Abuse the platform: probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt or degrade the Service; or circumvent authentication.
  • Malware & harmful activity: transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code; or facilitate phishing.
  • Illegal activity: use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation.
  • Privacy violations: collect personal data about other users without consent, or attempt to re-identify de-identified data.

2. Fair Use of Content

We want Cheatsheet to be useful. You may quote small excerpts or code snippets for commentary, education, or internal documentation, provided you do not republish substantial portions and you do not remove attribution or notices.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including rate limiting, blocking, suspension, termination, and legal enforcement.

4. Reporting Abuse
