Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) apply to paid plans and are incorporated into our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these Subscription Terms control for billing and subscription issues.

1. Plans and Features

Subscription features and limits depend on the plan you purchase and may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify plan features, including usage limits, at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or as otherwise described at purchase) and automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments unless we are required to collect them.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds except where required by law.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

6. Price Changes

We may change pricing from time to time. If a price change applies to your subscription renewal, we will provide notice as required by law.

7. Payment Failures

If your payment method fails, we may retry charges and/or suspend paid features until payment is received. You remain responsible for all charges incurred.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account while we investigate, and we may require you to pay any associated fees imposed on us.

9. Abuse, Sharing, and Unauthorized Access

Subscriptions are for the purchaser’s use (or internal business use, if applicable). Sharing access credentials, reselling access, or providing access to third parties without permission may result in suspension or termination without refund.
